Burnet and Diels interpret the fragment as translated: the wise is set apart from everything else, and no one's account recognizes this fact.

An alternate translation is also grammatically possible:

Of all whose discourses I have heard, there is not one who attains to recognizing what is wise, set apart from all.

Robinson and Kahn favor this translation: there are no accounts that are set apart from all other accounts in that they recognize what the wise truly is.
