Scholars debate whether or not the phrase ἕνεκα τῶν ἄλλων ἄστρων ('on account of the other stars') is Heraclitus' or if it is added to Heraclitus' thought. Marcovich argues that it is Heraclitus', while others (including Kahn and Robinson) argue that it is not.
